- What does per user mean?
- You pay for every inspector with their own account. Invite a colleague and one user is added. The company owner sees the costs for the whole team.
- How does the free month work?
- When you start your free month, you choose monthly or yearly and enter your payment details. You pay nothing for the first month. After that your subscription continues automatically, unless you cancel before the free month ends. We send you a reminder a week in advance.
- What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
- The features are the same. Paying yearly saves you €34 per user per year.
- Do prices include VAT?
- No, all prices exclude VAT.
- Does it work on my phone or tablet?
- Yes. SubstrX runs in the browser on phone, tablet and laptop; there is nothing to install. You do need an internet connection. An app that also works without signal is on the roadmap.
- Can I add my own tests?
- Yes. Besides the built-in tests you can create your own, with your own fields, measurement table and report text. They appear in your report just the same.
- Where is my data stored?
- In data centres in the EU, strictly separated per company. The company owner can export all data at any time. We never share or sell it.
