App for phone and tablet
Install SubstrX on your phone or tablet and work on site, even without signal: readings and photos are kept and sent later.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account if it uses the same email address as your SubstrX account.

List of non-conformities and handover dossier01/11/2026
Everything that was not acceptable, in one list per project, showing whether it was accepted later. Share the list with your client whenever you choose, and send the complete handover dossier in your own house style once the project is completed.
Report summary and calibration warning01/11/2026
Under Company and style, add an overview of all tests and their assessment at the top of your reports. And if you choose an instrument whose calibration had expired on the inspection date, you see it straight away.
Two-step verification30/10/2026
Log in with your password and a code from an authenticator app. Set it up under Account.
Change log per inspection30/10/2026
At the bottom of each inspection you can see who changed what and when.
Reminders for expiring calibrations and certificates30/10/2026
An email 30 and 7 days before a calibration or certificate expires.
Search and sample project30/10/2026
Search by project, client or report number. New companies can load a completed sample project.
Signature on the report30/10/2026
Draw your signature once under My profile; it then appears on every report you finalise.
Report as PDF attachment30/10/2026
Download the final report as a PDF; your contacts also receive it as an attachment to the email.
